Follow the Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio Homicide Court Proceedings — State of Florida v. Alicia Andrews





The Florida trial of defendant Alicia Andrews of rapper Julio Foolio, whose real name was Charles Jones is now in progress in Tampa, Florida.

The state alleges that she worked as a lookout while the victim celebrated his birthday. They claim she coordinated with others who later trapped the rapper in a Holiday Inn parking area.

A group of armed men allegedly opened fire, fatally shooting the rapper and injuring three others.

Andrews is charged with premeditated murder and murder conspiracy.

Detectives have presented forensic phone records that they say Julio Foolio courtroom connect her to the crime. This includes deleted texts and videos recovered from her online accounts.

Andrews’ lawyer argues that she had no idea about the murder plan. The defense says she was in Tampa for personal reasons.
